Hi, I’m Lauren — CEO of LBT SEO Specialists.
I’m an SEO strategist with 10 years of experience helping businesses get found online, reach the right audience, and grow through search. I believe SEO doesn’t have to be confusing or intimidating — it should be clear, strategic, and actually make a difference to your business.
My background started in creative media, where I fell in love with storytelling, design, and user experience. That creative side, combined with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, allows me to approach SEO from both a technical and creative angle — making sure websites are not only optimised for search engines, but enjoyable for real people too.
I specialise in technical SEO, on-page optimisation, keyword strategy, and content planning, and I love turning complex SEO challenges into simple, actionable plans my clients can understand and trust. No jargon, no guesswork — just honest strategies built for long-term growth.
I also live with Cerebral Palsy, which has shaped the way I work — with resilience, adaptability, and a strong problem-solving mindset. It’s taught me to approach challenges creatively and never give up until I find the right solution.
